I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a good selection. The hotel is located in close proximity to the zoo, which was a great attraction to visit. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I particularly want to mention Katheryna on reception who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, even upgrading us to a deluxe room when we arrived early. The hotel also had convenient transportation options available, such as a shuttle service and close proximity to a rural country club for a quiet night.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was fab with an amazing view. The staff were super friendly and customer service was excellent. The facilities, including the pool area, were great. We loved the delicious food in the bar and the wonderful breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even showing us the best way to get around this city.
