We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-decorated rooms and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including the outside seating area and the DJ playing in the restaurant/lounge. The location was ideal, as it was not far from the city center and close to a train station that offered direct transportation to the center. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jayde on reception who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Additionally, the hotel was close to the city centre, allowing us to easily explore this vibrant city on foot.

We loved the excellent location of the hotel, with a bus stop just around the corner that provided easy transportation throughout the city. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also convenient, as we were able to catch a bus directly from there to the hotel. The Botanical Restaurant in the hotel served delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the food at the adjacent Big Tree pub. The size of the room was cozy, and the bathroom was fabulous. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and one particular staff member went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency. The hotel also arranged a taxi for our return to the airport.
