We loved the hotel's dog-friendly policy and the opportunity to meet other dog owners while enjoying the Grand Canal right outside the door. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the bathroom. The breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and a great value, especially considering how expensive restaurants in this city can be.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
Right next to the tram station, making it easy to travel into town or to Dundrum Shopping Centre. Convenient location for exploring the main touristic centre. Close to nicer cafes nearby. Hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a nice atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant/bar area. Staff were attentive and happy to help.
Nothing, it is perfect.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible, especially Zsolt Miholecz at check-in. The location couldn't have been better, with a tram stop right across the street, making it so convenient to get around the city. The hotel facilities were great, with free wifi and tea in the room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I loved that the hotel was so close to the canal, city center, and bars. Plus, there was parking available, which was a bonus.
