I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with a lovely view over the river and some great restaurants nearby. The fact that there was parking available behind the hotel made it convenient for me to bring my car. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a very good selection of meals. The location was perfect for attending concerts at the 3arena, with only a 15-minute walk along the river. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop, making transportation easy. Just down the street, there is the Custom House, adding to the charm of the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The perfect location made it incredibly convenient for us to attend concerts at 3 Arena and explore the city center. We didn't need to worry about transportation at all. The hotel's proximity to the airport also made our journey quick and easy, taking only about 30 minutes. The staff at reception were lovely and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We were impressed by the manageress who handled a problem we had at breakfast with utmost courtesy and professionalism. The restaurant and bar facilities were better than we anticipated, and the bed was exceptional. We really appreciated the real in-room air conditioning, especially during the hottest summer week we experienced in a long time. The hotel provided a comfortable and quiet environment, and we were not disturbed by any construction noise, despite being notified about it.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness, with safety seals on the doors and spotless rooms. The staff was helpful and provided all necessary information about the facilities. The river views from the rooms were lovely, and the hotel had a barcode system that provided useful information about the hotel and the area. The bathroom was clean, and the hotel provided nice toiletries and hot water.
