We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the nice reception staff. The valet parking service made it convenient for us to explore the city without worrying about parking. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to all of Dublin's main attractions. The hop on hop off bus stop was right across the street, and we were able to visit a few sights without any hassle. The hotel itself was well maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, and the staff was kind and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the majority of the tourist sites and shopping areas. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable, providing excellent customer service. Special mention to Caroline, who served us an amazing cappuccino. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available.
Nothing that we didn't like.
We loved the location right across from Trinity College, making it easy to explore all the sites of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful lounge/bar area that we really enjoyed. The breakfast was varied and delicious, definitely worth the extra cost. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff, especially the young employees, were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The hotel had nice decorations and comfortable furniture in the public areas. We enjoyed sitting out behind the false fence. The room was spacious, with a big bed and a bath as well as a shower. The concierge was amazing and provided great assistance. The hotel had good transportation options, with a bus stop in front of the hotel for reaching the airport. this was a clean and comfortable hotel with fantastic staff and a convenient location.
