We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely wonderful, offering to help with everything. The wait staff, especially Edri, was great, and the desk staff in the morning was very helpful. The management team at this hotel is exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the well-equipped gym and the PC & printer available. The shuttle service provided to and from the airport was convenient and saved us money on cab rides. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we even received welcome drinks at certain times of the day. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious room had comfortable beds. Free transportation to the center of town was a bonus, allowing us to explore the city easily. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a great start or end to our trip to Ireland.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had both a shower and a bath. The hotel staff, both the security and admin teams, were lovely and helpful. We also enjoyed a great breakfast during our stay. The location was convenient, not too far from the city center and easily accessible.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I wanted. The staff greeted me in a pleasant and helpful way, even though I arrived late at night. The breakfast at the hotel was the best I have ever had! Highly recommend.
Not obvious to find.
The hotel had excellent facilities, including free WiFi for Honours members and a complimentary shuttle service from the airport. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable seating area and workdesk. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the in-room tea and coffee making facilities.

Some areas of the room were not thoroughly cleaned or dusted, including a corner lamp that appeared to have been neglected for a long time.
Additionally, there was some unexplained red staining on the headboard, which was a bit off-putting.
