The staff, Jay and Naomie, were incredibly funny and friendly at reception. They made me feel welcome right from the start. The hotel facilities, including the swimming facilities, were top-notch. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were a highlight of my stay. The breakfast was lovely, with attention to small details that made it feel like a five-star experience.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us like royalty from the moment we stepped through the doors. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location in the Grand Canal/Docklands area was perfect for us, as it allowed us easy access to the Bord Gais Theatre for the concert we attended. We also loved being able to take a leisurely stroll around the city, exploring all that this vibrant area has to offer. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff were always friendly and attentive.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for my stay in Dublin! I loved the spacious and beautifully decorated room, with its heated bathroom floor and great natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff were excellent, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the personal greeting on the TV and the availability of a coffee machine. The location was perfect, within walking distance of top attractions like the Bord Gais Energy Theatre and Temple Bar. this hotel provided a relaxing and luxurious experience.

The hotel's location adjacent to Bord Gáis Theatre in Grand Canal Square was perfect for attending a show. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and the city center, there were plenty of options to explore. The cleanliness and attention to detail were remarkable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa area, were top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I made the reservation, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The private transfer I booked added to the surprise for my fiancee and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Robert. The room itself was spacious and had a nice view, with a particularly amazing power shower. The hotel also added personal touches to celebrate my fiancee's birthday, including chocolate dipped strawberries and a cute note. The lunch in the bar was delicious and reasonably priced, and we even spotted a celebrity while dining. the staff, room, and amenities made for a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
