Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location for a family get together. The decor was beautiful and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The bars and lounges were lively and the cocktails were excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our bedroom was nicely appointed. The staff were excellent and created a friendly atmosphere. The location in this city was perfect for a family get together, with plenty of attractions and amenities nearby.
Everything was fantastic.
I had the most comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and cozy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Denis at the concierge desk who went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a pool that was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to Christmas Eve and Stephens Day celebrations. I felt like a VIP thanks to Lucius Farrell and his staff who made my stay extra special. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast and the incredible paintings on the walls in the bar.

I had an extraordinary stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special, from the warm smiles to the surprise birthday treats in my room. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities, including the pool, were top-notch. The location was fantastic, with shopping areas and a beautiful park just across the street. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Can't fault anything about it.
