We loved the warm welcome and excellent customer service from the staff. The staff members, particularly Emre and Ken, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided valuable recommendations and information about the city. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, close to most attractions and transportation options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The breakfast was well-managed and the hotel facilities were efficient.

Additionally, the hotel was in a quiet area, which was a nice contrast to the bustling city life. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff at the hotel were also exceptional, providing excellent customer service with their professional, helpful, and friendly demeanor. They even allowed us to check in slightly early, which was greatly appreciated. I had a great experience at this hotel.

We also loved the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of key attractions in the city center and close to the DART train station. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location near the city center were the best aspects of our stay.
